This blog has spent much of its time focusing on modifications in combination with hard oil cloth Moleskine® covers. However, there is much to be explored in the growing trend of ink designs on cahier covers. Below are twenty-five great examples of ink designs that have been applied to Moleskine® cahier covers. Many of the designs appear to have been created with only a pen and a cahier notebook.

Hi Rex, it seems that some are created by pen, however others are definitely using other ink mediums. There are artist information links located below every image. Feel free to reach out to them directly if you have specific art medium questions.
These are awesome! U guys should do a contest for the best design and then make mass copies of it. Winner gets a free ride to a designer conference…just a thought.
Hi Marcus, thanks for the suggestion. I haven’t made any money from the blog yet (minimal advertising) so it is difficult to sponsor something like that right now. I will keep this in mind, and will hopefully be able to do something like that in the future. =)
