Concert Photo Moleskine® Cover

In a clever use of a Moleskine’s® front and back cover, Mick O decoupages two sections of a concert photo taken at Coachella.

As outlined in a separate post, decoupage is done with any flat material that can be cut out and glued on an object’s surface. After gluing to the object’s surface, the process follows by adding several layers of glue/decoupage that produces a shinny and protective surface layer. From reviewing the application in these pictures, it looks like it will work great with personal photos. Below, Mick explains his appreciation for this imagery and the ideal photo measurements for application on a Moleskine’s® cover.

“Here’s my new 2008 moleskine that I use for work. I decided to use my favorite photo from Coachella 2007 as the cover. An 8×10 cuts in half perfectly for this use. Only problem is, I find myself staring at the photo in meetings instead of paying attention.”

I dig this! I ♥ my Moleskine’s! I can see why you’d stare at the photo in meetings. It’s way cool! Lots of energy.
